Residential yoga program July 13-17
Led by Sn Shantanu (Stefano Botti) in Italian language.
Everything in the universe is made up of the interaction of the five basic elements (earth, water, fire, air, space). Their aggregation is the basis of everything that manifests in nature, from the farthest galaxy to the simple blade of grass, from the birds in the sky, to the mountain peaks, to every single human being.
Immersed in nature, we will have the opportunity to get in touch with our subtle elements and harmonize them.
The days will be marked by the regularity of the yogic routine, including silence, nature, healthy vegetarian food, outdoor activities, mantras and meditation.
During the program we will learn some of the techniques of Dinacharya, the daily routine indicated by Ayurveda to purify the sense organs and the five elements within us.
