What we’ll be doing: we’ll take the time to slow down
During these days spent immersed in the tranquillity of the Tuscan hills, we will alternate between yoga sessions, moments of reflection and in-depth explorations of Āyurveda, to rediscover a more authentic connection with ourselves and with the rhythms of nature.
Our days will be structured around gentle, rejuvenating practices, meditation, mindful breathing, walks, karma yoga, shared discussions and moments of silence. We will work in harmony with nature, spending time in the vegetable garden and preparing our own meals. We will explore certain principles of Āyurveda as applied to daily life, to gain a better understanding of our constitution and to promote balance, vitality and wellbeing.
We will nurture the body through movement, the breath through mindfulness, and the mind through the simplicity of a space free from haste and the usual demands of daily life.
An experience designed for those who wish to slow down, recharge and rediscover the pleasure of living in the moment with greater awareness.
